Representing trademark owners, such as global antivirus software firm Kaspersky Lab, and leading online perfume retailer Perfume.com, Maulin has recovered over a hundred infringing domain names on behalf of clients across numerous countries and arbitration courts.
Representing domain owners, Maulin has defended against reverse hijacking attempts for various LLLs, such as GPZ.com and DLL.com, as well various generic word domain names.
Maulin received dual BSc degrees in Electrical and Biomedical Engineering from Duke University, and a JD from the University of Florida College of Law, where he graduated Cum Laude and served as an Editor of the Technology Law and Policy Journal.
